As a Security Officer at a dynamic aerospace and defense location, you will conduct routine unarmed patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $20.60 / Hour Job Schedule: Sat: 06:30 PM - 06:30 AM Sun: 06:30 PM - 06:30 AM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to personnel and visitors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, access points, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity. Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials as directed, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with site procedures. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and complete required reports. Maintain detailed activity logs and communicate observations, incidents, and maintenance concerns to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
