Morpho is building the People infrastructure to empower managers and teams. You will own People products end-to-end, from identifying where friction exists to designing and rolling out solutions across geographies, including onboarding, compensation, data, and internal tools. This high-ownership role sits at the intersection of People, operations and product thinking.
