Entry Level Customer Service Representative We are seeking friendly, dependable individuals to join our growing team as Entry-Level Customer Service Representatives. This is a full-time, in-person position supporting community outreach events throughout the local area. Must be willing to travel to local event locations and interact with the public. Reliable transportation is required. You will represent community outreach campaigns at scheduled events, answer questions, and help create positive experiences. No previous experience is required; paid training and ongoing support will be provided. Responsibilities Represent community outreach campaigns at scheduled local events. Welcome and engage with event attendees in a friendly, professional manner. Answer questions and provide accurate information about current community initiatives. Assist with event setup, organization, and breakdown. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure successful event operations. Maintain a positive attitude while interacting with the public. Requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn. Reliable transportation is required. Must be able to work in person; this is not a remote or hybrid position. Comfortable working with the public in a face‑to‑face environment. Customer service, retail, hospitality, event, or volunteer experience is helpful but not required. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Work Location This is an in-person position based in the Mickton, NJ area. Team members report to the office and travel to scheduled event locations throughout the surrounding community.
