We are currently seeking an experienced and highly organised Logistics Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the entire supply chain, from the procurement of materials to the final delivery of our products, ensuring efficiency and timeliness across all operations. Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of logistics and supply chain management, including inventory, warehousing, and transportation. Develop and implement strategies to optimise logistical procedures and reduce operational costs. Manage inventory levels, ensuring stock is sufficient to meet customer demand while minimising waste. Coordinate with suppliers, transport companies, and couriers to ensure the timely and cost-effective movement of goods. Analyse data and performance metrics to identify and resolve any issues within the supply chain. Ensure all logistics activities comply with health and safety regulations and legal requirements. Maintain accurate records of all shipments, stock, and logistics-related activities. Liaise with other departments, including production and sales, to ensure a seamless operational workflow. Qualifications Proven experience in a logistics management or supply chain role. A thorough understanding of warehousing, inventory control, and transportation processes. Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in logistics software and inventory management systems. Strong negotiation and communication skills. The ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines. A degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is desirable.
