We are looking for a professional, accurate, and compassionate Treatment and Billing Coordinator who loves interacting with people and excels at multitasking. In this full-time role, you will earn $22–30/hr while managing essential front office duties such as appointment scheduling, patient interaction, phone management, and insurance verification. Requirements

Education & Experience: Prior experience in a dental or medical front office is a plus, but we are happily open to training enthusiastic recent graduates with the right attitude!
Technical Proficiency: Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly master dental scheduling/billing software.
Communication Skills: Elite verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport with patients.
Autonomy & Teamwork: Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and seamlessly collaborate with our clinical team to achieve practice goals.

Job Description

Optimize Practice Workflows: Efficiently manage daily schedules, patient check-ins, and office resources to ensure the practice runs like a well-oiled machine.
Data Privacy & Integrity: Handle sensitive patient data, medical records, and billing details with absolute confidentiality and strict adherence to privacy protocols.
Dynamic Problem Solving: Seamlessly adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high productivity and a calm demeanor.
Patient Advocacy: Serve as the primary point of contact, delivering exceptional communication and hospitality from the first phone call to the final checkout.
