Supporting the nursing team in a remote capacity, the full-time Timekeeper will manage employee timecards, ensuring accurate recording and compliance with wage standards while collaborating with unit management. Key responsibilities Administer timekeeping duties, including correcting missed punches and updating employee timecards Prepare timecards for review and approval, ensuring timely submission to management Audit time records for accuracy, including FTE hours and planned time off Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED with one year of experience using automated systems, or an Associate's Degree in Information Technology or a related field Prior experience with timekeeping systems is preferred Ability to perform manual data entry and sit for extended periods
