The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Be energized by solving complex, time-sensitive cases in a fast-paced environment — without the stress of overnight ER shifts
• Thrive in a state-of-the-art facility designed specifically for urgent care, with advanced diagnostics and treatment tools
• Enjoy working as part of a collaborative, compassionate team, including experienced CVTs, knowledgeable support staff, and a new medical director with years of experience at the practice

Qualifications:

• Active and clear DVM license in the state of Wisconsin
• Experience in urgent care and/or emergency medicine
• Competency in basic surgical procedures (e.g., laceration repairs, wound management, pyometra, abdominal exploratory); mentorship is available
• A positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to participate in regular team meetings
