Personal Care Assistant

LifeWorx is seeking compassionate and experienced Caregivers to provide high-quality personal and homemaking care to our elderly clients in the comfort of their homes. This role is ideal for individuals who are patient, empathetic, and committed to enhancing the quality of life for others. You will assist with daily living activities, offer emotional support, and help maintain a safe and clean home environment. Key Responsibilities Provide personal hygiene and grooming assistance Prepare meals and support clients’ nutritional needs Perform light housekeeping and home management tasks Participate in therapy exercises and case conferences as needed Monitor and report changes in client condition Maintain accurate care records and submit documentation promptly Represent LifeWorx with professionalism and a high level of customer service Qualifications Valid HHA, PCA, or CNA certification (preferred but not required) 3 years of continuous home care work experience (preferred) Minimum 2 years of professional in-home caregiving experience (required) Verifiable references from recent home care clients (required) Strong communication and critical thinking skills Ability to work independently and elevate concerns appropriately #J-18808-Ljbffr LifeWorx
