Job Description


I'm hiring for a Patient Care Nurse Supervisor (Med Surg 4/5) in Florida! There is potential for 20k sign-on bonus.


The Patient Care Nurse Supervisor (Med Surg 4/5) provides supervision and leadership to the patient care units. Specific functions include: collaborates and supports manager with staff evaluations, patient flow, staff and family education, serves as patient/guest service ambassador and assists with problem solving on tour of duty.


Location: Near South Miami, FL
Type: Full-time and permanent
Shift: Nights
Requirements: College degree; FL RN license; prior experience
Pay: $46-$61/hr
Benefits: 401k; health, dental, and life insurance; PTO, etc.
