Process Technician
Revolution is looking for Process Technicians to join our team in Little Rock, AR. This is a full-time job opportunity, with generous benefits and overtime hours available. In addition, this position offers growth opportunities in a stable and safe work environment.
Revolution offers competitive pay range starting at $25/hour, depending on experience, with a $1/hour differential for night shift and up to $1,000 in potential bonus opportunities.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinate training with team members.
- Communicates and coordinates daily issues with other supervisors.
- Must be aware of production requirements.
- Understand the order sheet specifications.
- Troubleshoot machine issues.
- Must know and enforce all company policies.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent GED preferred.
- Management experience required.
- Extrusion experience required.
- Ability to work a fixed day or night shift on a 2/2/3 schedule.
- Minimum three years of experience in an industrial environment.
- Familiarity with resin conveying systems preferred.
- Experience with automated manufacturing equipment required.
