Housekeeping Position At St. Peter's Catholic Church StanberrySt. Peter's Catholic Church Stanberry is hiring for a part-time housekeeping position. The candidate hired will be responsible for the effective, efficient and safe cleaning practices for the parish rectory. This position is part time averaging 4-6 hours per week.Essential DutiesPerforms functions that require use of machines, tools & equipment for the purpose of maintaining a clean & sanitized environment.Replenishes restroom and other necessary supplies as neededProvide routine cleaning for the parish rectory, including but not limited to dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, taking out trash, cleaning windows, toilets and sinksKnowledge, Skills and AbilitiesExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to understand and carry out instructions independently from supervisorAbility to work independently or with a teamQualificationsMust be 18 years of age or olderMust be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a timeHigh school diploma or equivalentRelated experience preferredFamiliarity with the Catholic understanding of ministry is an asset.Note: All employees are required to consent to a background check, commit to our Code of Conduct policy, and complete online and in-person trainings prior to hire.
