Requirements:

• California Occupational Therapy license required
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year clinical experience

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients to determine their occupational therapy needs.
• Develop and implement treatment plans to address patients' goals.
• Educate patients and their families about therapy processes and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient care.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Provide guidance and support to patients in their recovery journey.

Compliance / Notes:

• Candidates must provide two references covering 1 year within the last 3 years.
• Must commit to working 3 of the following five holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day.
• LA Fire Card within the last 30 days is required at candidate expense.
• COVID-19 vaccine is not required.
