Engage in a collaborative effort with fellow healthcare professionals, including physical and occupational therapists, nurses, and physicians, to create holistic care strategies.

Provide educational support to patients and families to enhance learning and progress beyond the clinical environment.

Facilitate occasional inpatient speech therapy evaluations and treatments, ensuring a smooth continuum of care during the recovery process.

Ensure meticulous and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

Remain abreast of evolving practices in speech therapy through active participation in continuing education and teamwork.

Possess a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if ASHA certification is pending.

State licensure as a Speech Language Therapist.

Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) granted by ASHA.

BLS certification to be obtained within the first 30 days of employment.
