We are looking for a motivated full-time Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our skilled and dedicated team. Registered Dental Assistant

Assist dentists during clinical treatment procedures to ensure efficient and comfortable patient care

Educate patients on dental procedures and oral hygiene best practices

Manage dental supplies and maintain inventory to ensure smooth daily operations

Organize and maintain laboratory equipment and sterilization protocols

Take and develop dental x-rays following safety and quality standards

Support a positive patient experience through excellent communication and compassionate care

Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance practice efficiency and patient satisfaction

full-time $24 - $28 per hour

$250 welcome bonus paid upon completion of 90-day probationary period

Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, outgoing personality

Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work effectively as part of a team

Ability to provide excellent patient care, including pediatric patients

Knowledge of taking vital signs and dental assisting procedures

2+ years of dental assisting experience preferred, but willingness to learn is crucial
