Location: Quincy Outpatient Clinic – Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Daytime Hours + On-CallResponsibilities We'reseeking a dedicated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) to join our collaborativeCommunity Behavioral Health Center (CBHC). Ifyou'repassionate about providing high-quality psychiatric care and enjoy working alongside therapists, psychiatrists, primary care providers, and other behavioral health professionals,we'dlove to hear from you. What You'll Do: Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnose mental health conditions, anddevelop individualized treatment plans. Prescribe,monitor, and adjust psychotropic medications using evidence-based practices. Provide brief supportive psychotherapy and psychoeducation. Collaborate with therapists, primary care providers, and community partners to coordinate patient care. Completetimelyandaccuratedocumentation within the electronic health record (within 72 hours). Perform crisis assessments and coordinate referrals for higher levels of care when appropriate. Requirements: Master's or Doctorate in Nursing with a Psychiatric-Mental Health specialization. Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). Active Massachusetts RN and APRN licenses. Current DEA registration with controlled substance prescribing authority. Minimum of 1–2 years of psychiatric clinical experience in outpatient, inpatient, or community mental health. Experience using Electronic Health Records (EHR) and telehealth platforms. Excellent communication, assessment, and clinical decision-makingskills. Why Join Aspire? Compensation is based on candidate experience, qualifications, and certifications and licenses. Annual ranges listed are based on a full-time, 40 hours per week position.
