What You'll Do

Provide specialized nursing care within the operating room setting
Assist in surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
Utilize nursing processes to assess, plan, and evaluate patient care
Delegate and direct nursing team members effectively
Maintain strict adherence to healthcare standards and protocols
Document patient information accurately and thoroughly

What You Need

Required:

Current RN license in Louisiana
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications from the American Heart Association
Previous experience in a surgical or perioperative setting
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred:

Leadership or supervisory experience
Experience with high-acuity patients
Basic computer literacy
