WANTED
Overview We are seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to ensure the safety and security of our community. You will be responsible for enforcing laws, patrolling assigned areas, and providing assistance in emergencies.
Key Responsibilities *Patrolling neighborhoods and responding to service calls
*Investigating
crimes and traffic incidents
*Apprehending suspects and conducting arrests
*Preparing and maintaining records and reports
*Interacting with the public to foster positive community relations Qualifications *High School diploma or equivalent
* Good moral character
*Successful completion of the police academy (City is willing to send the right candidate to the Academy)
* Capability to pass physical and written exams Top Skills * Interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
*Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
*Strong ethical standards
*Effective communication, both verbal and written
* Proficiency in using police equipment and technology Required Certifications *State or local certification as a police officer (City will send candidate to the Academy) General Company Benefits *100% paid Health, vision and dental benefits.
