Snelling is searching for a Certified Welder for a well-established company in the Helena, AL area. 

The pay rate for this position is $20.00-22.00/hr, and it is a 1st shift position, Monday-Thursday-10/hr days. 

Certified Welder Job Duties:

• Reading and understanding blueprints prior to starting a project
• Sourcing the materials to be used in the project
• Measuring and cutting materials to specifications
• Welding materials using the correct materials to join the metals together
• Checking finished work to make sure that it falls within the tolerances marked on the blueprints
• Accurately measure within specified tolerance. 
• Operate overhead crane as needed

Certified Welder Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Welding ( MIG, TIG, stick)
• Need to be able to read and understand blueprints/drawings – will be tested in interview
• Must have reliable transportation- Attendance is key to this company
• Must be able to pass a simple weld test
