Direct Support Professional W/ ASL

Job Description BAYADA Direct Support Professionals - DSPs work one-on-one in home and community settings as a companion and mentor for individuals with intellectual or developmental disability to help them reach their full potential. In addition, we are looking for someone who is proficient in American Sign Language (ASL) OR willing to learn ASL through provider guided training and self paced training. We have an individual needing support who is both DEAF and BLIND. We also have an individual whose hearing is quickly declining and needing support in becoming more proficient in ASL himself.
