Process Technician

Performance Objectives

Optimize Production: Spearhead efficiency initiatives to reduce cycle times
Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous testing and root-cause analysis to decrease defect rates
Process Improvement: Design and execute process upgrades while maintaining quality standards.
Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize analytics and continuous monitoring to inform operational adjustments, improving response rates to production anomalies.
Collaborative Solutions: Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement improved methodologies to enhancement in team productivity.
Sustainability Goal: Lead initiatives reducing waste disposal costs through innovative recycling and waste management practices.

Essential Qualifications
