Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN)We are seeking a dedicated Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) to join our team. This position requires a dynamic individual who is passionate about providing high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in an emergency department setting.Assess and analyze patient conditions, implementing appropriate nursing interventions.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Administer medications and perform medical procedures as required.Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.Ensure adherence to hospital policies, procedures, and protocols.Educate patients and families on health management and preventative care.QualificationsMUST have a minimum of 12 months of permanent experience in the Emergency Room specialty.MUST hold a valid Ohio nursing license or a compact state license at the time of application.Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS from AHA or American Red Cross are required.TNCC certification is preferred.Ability to work at least every other holiday is mandatory.Must successfully complete an ECG rhythm recognition test and SafeMedicate assessment during orientation.Work ScheduleThis position offers a night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, working three 12-hour shifts each week.If you meet the qualifications and are interested in joining our team, please submit your application for consideration.State OH
