Urgent Care Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) / Physician Assistant (PA)

Seeking a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a full-time, on-site urgent care role in North Carolina. As the sole clinical provider, you will independently assess, diagnose, and treat acute conditions, perform procedures, order tests, prescribe medications, and educate patients. Work in a fully equipped clinic with established protocols, supporting an average of 3–4 patients per hour. Schedule includes 3 shifts/week, rotating weekends, with no on-call duties, and flexible self-scheduling. Compensation ranges from $55–$70/hour ($103K–$131K annually), with incentives and bonuses.
