We're looking for a career oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team at River Pointe Apartments in Mishawaka, IN. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for getting apartments ready in between residents, on-site maintenance calls, and preventative maintenance.

What We Offer:

• $19.00 to $22.00 an hour
• PLUS quarterly bonus up to $750.00 every 3 months
• Monthly on-call bonus, paid if you take a call or not

What We Need from you:

• Basic electrical knowledge
• Basic plumbing knowledge
• Basic drywall/painting knowledge
• Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants
• Basic understanding of hand tools
• On-call rotation
• Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation
