Opportunity Healthcare is hiring an Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner in Grant County, WI. This is a permanent, onsite direct placement role at a nationally recognized critical access hospital serving a rural community.
- Setting: Urgent care, onsite
- Position type: Direct placement (permanent)
- Schedule: 32 hours per week on a three-day work week
- Shift structure: Two 12-hour shifts and one 8-hour shift per week, alternating to provide extended time off every other week
- Weekend rotation: Every 9th Sunday, 8 AM to noon; weekend hours paid at time and a half
- Pay: $66–$74 per hour, depending on experience
- Sign-on bonus: $5,000 at signing and $5,000 at the end of year one
- CME: $2,500 in CME funds and 6 CME days
