Sales Representative, Building Services & Construction

We are hiring immediately for a Sales Representative for our Building Services and Construction sector in Austin TX - a role that is critical in making sure our customers get the electricity, heating and cooling they need. Sales career growth potential in expertise, leadership and across territories Safety-focused culture What You’ll Do Face-to-face and remote sales to new and existing customers. Assessing customer needs and suggesting appropriate solutions. Developing and delivering commercial sales proposals. Selling equipment rentals and services to our Building Services and Construction customers. Developing medium-to-long term sales plans and preparing strategies to protect, grow and diversify the relationship with targeted customers. Cross/up/repeat sales to existing customers. Partner with the operations, logistics, and administrative teams to ensure a superb customer experience with every sale. We’re experts, which means you’ll have the following skills and experience: 3-7 years of direct business to business sales experience Basic knowledge of the construction process and manufacturing based customer focus Proficiency with CRM systems (i.e., Salesforce, Dynamics, or similar systems) Prior successful attainment of assigned sales goals.
