Catholic Charities Community Services in Village of Monticello seeks a full-time Housing Case Manager for their Sullivan County program. The role involves working with clients to assess needs, coordinating care with community providers, and ensuring access to housing resources. Candidates should possess a GED or High School Diploma, preferably an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, with at least one year of experience in mental health support.
