What you’ll do: Consistently support a culture of Enlightened Hospitality Lead the daily execution of facilities operations, ensuring all guest‑facing and support areas are maintained to the highest standards. Oversee all event logistics, including room setups, breakdowns, load‑ins, load‑outs, and venue resets. Conduct daily facility inspections, identifying and resolving maintenance, cleanliness, and safety concerns before they affect operations. Coordinate preventative maintenance, repairs, and vendor services while supporting the Facilities Manager in prioritizing work. Partner with Operations, Events, Culinary, and Building Management to ensure every event is executed seamlessly. Supervise front‑of‑house cleanliness, deep‑cleaning projects, and the overall presentation of the restaurant and event spaces. Respond quickly to operational issues, minimizing disruptions to guests and team members. Maintain maintenance records, work orders, inventories, and equipment readiness. Support compliance with safety regulations, emergency procedures, and company standards. Lead by example, fostering a culture of ownership, urgency, teamwork, and continuous improvement. What we need from you: 3 or more years of facilities, hospitality, hotel, restaurant, or event operations experience. Experience supervising maintenance, housekeeping, or facilities teams. Knowledge of basic building systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs. Experience supporting high‑volume events or hospitality operations. Exceptional organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple departments. English and Spanish fluency strongly preferred. A solutions‑oriented mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently. Scheduling flexibility and comfort working evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs. Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and actively work throughout the facility.
