• Pay: $28 to $35 per hour, based on experience and certifications
• Sign-on bonus available for qualified candidates
• Full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, starting at 7:00 AM
• Minimum 40-hour workweek with overtime paid at 1.5x after 40 hours
• Company vehicle provided for field work
• Steady year-round work on projects throughout Indiana
• Based in Frankfort, Indiana, with travel to job sites across the state

Your New Role

• Lead field crews on petroleum infrastructure and environmental service projects throughout Indiana
• Install, remove, and upgrade underground storage tank (UST) systems
• Perform and oversee cathodic protection installations and testing
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and daily job site activities
• Communicate with customers, inspectors, and internal team members to support successful project completion
• Follow company safety procedures and environmental regulations on every job
• Travel regularly to project sites throughout Indiana

• Valid ICC State Certifications preferred:
  
  • U1 Underground Storage Tank Installation and Retrofitting
  • U2 Underground Storage Tank Decommissioning
  • U4 Cathodic Protection
• 3 to 5 years of experience in petroleum field services, underground storage tank work, or related construction trades
• Experience leading crews and managing job site operations
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to travel to job sites throughout Indiana
• Knowledge of safety procedures and environmental compliance standards
