Fulfillment Lead Summary Join Millennium Print Group as a Fulfillment Lead! We’re looking for a Fulfillment Lead to support daily warehouse operations and guide a team in a fast‑paced fulfillment environment. Location: Mebane, NC Schedule: Onsite Pay & Benefits: Competitive hourly pay + bonus eligibility + full benefits package What You’ll Do Lead and support fulfillment team members in daily operations Provide training, coaching, and onboarding support Monitor work schedules, production status, and operational issues Partner with leadership to resolve workflow challenges Perform administrative tasks including scheduling and reporting Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards Support accurate and timely receipt and shipment of materials What You’ll Bring High School diploma or equivalent Relevant fulfillment or warehouse experience; lead experience preferred Strong leadership and problem‑solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Effective communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in basic computer systems and Microsoft Office.
