Are you a Pediatrician seeking to harmonize clinical independence with the advantages of a leading healthcare organization? Join us at our organization , which boasts the only Level 1 Pediatric Trauma Center in the state. As Maricopa County experiences rapid growth, we are enhancing our distinguished team of physicians to oversee our three Pediatric Emergency Departments and four Urgent Care facilities.

Clinical Independence with Comprehensive Support: Lead your healthcare team with assurance. Our Urgent Care facilities are equipped with point-of-care laboratories and plain radiographs, which are interpreted by pediatric radiologists, ensuring you have the necessary information for accurate diagnoses.
Procedural Expertise: Enhance and maintain your procedural skills, including abscess drainage, foreign body extraction, and intricate laceration repairs.
Your Contribution to Our Expansion:
As a Physician within our division, you will evaluate and treat acute injuries and illnesses, manage patient flow, and cultivate strong collaborative relationships with our multidisciplinary team and patient families.
Work Schedule & Facilities:
Urgent Care Hours: 5 PM to Midnight (Monday to Friday) and 10 AM to 8 PM (Weekends).
Emergency Department: Flexible shifts (Days/Evenings/Nights) for hybrid roles.
Location: Various sites throughout the Phoenix Metro area, one of the most dynamic and rapidly expanding metropolitan regions in the United States.
Qualifications:
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics or Family Medicine.
Possession of a current Arizona Medical License (or eligibility to obtain one).
PALS Certification.
A strong commitment to clinical efficiency and an exceptional patient experience.
