Order Entry & Estimating Specialist San Antonio, FL 5/11/2026

Position Overview We are seeking a detail‑oriented and organized Order Entry & Estimating Specialist to support our landscape construction operations. This role is responsible for accurately entering project data, assisting with cost estimates, and coordinating closely with project managers, vendors, and clients. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and is comfortable working with technical drawings and specifications. Key Responsibilities Enter and maintain accurate project and order data in company systems Assist in preparing detailed cost estimates for landscape construction projects (materials, labor, equipment) Review plans, specifications, and bid documents to support estimating efforts Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to obtain pricing and availability Support project managers with bid submissions and proposal preparation Verify quantities and takeoffs from drawings and site plans Track and update project costs and budgets throughout the project lifecycle Maintain organized records of estimates, contracts, and purchase orders Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners Qualifications 2+ years of experience in estimating, order entry, or administrative support in construction or landscaping Strong attention to detail and accuracy with data entry and calculations Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general office software Experience with estimating or takeoff software preferred Familiarity with any of the following is a plus: AutoCAD DynaSCAPE Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Pay Range (Tampa, FL): $20 – $28 per hour Benefits Company sponsored health insurance with company contribution Dental, vision, accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity, short & long term disability, and term & whole life insurance available Paid time off and holidays 401(k) with 4% company match Opportunities for growth within the company Office‑based role with occasional coordination with field teams Fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment within a growing landscape contracting firm #J-18808-Ljbffr
