Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist - $2,112 per week

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Fort Thomas, Kentucky. Job Details Start Date: 05/25/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. 40 hours per week. 8 hour shifts. Employment Type: Travel. Responsibilities Assess referred patients that require rehabilitation services, providing direct patient care to evaluate medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations, and potential for rehabilitation. Establish and administer a treatment program with specific goals based on patient capacity and tolerance under physician direction. Set realistic and achievable goals for patients, document and record patient condition, and educate patients and families in appropriate physical therapy methods. Develop a plan of care for each patient and provide skilled physical therapy services/interventions per physician orders. Assess patient needs, plan for, evaluate, and modify care to meet goals of physical therapy interventions. Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient. Qualifications Doctorate in Physical Therapy OR Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy with NPT exam passed. Graduated from an accredited school. Minimum one year of experience. Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist or in the process of obtaining licensure. Current CPR certification. Benefits Weekly pay and direct deposit.
