Job Description

POSITION PROFILE Responsible for evaluating and performing maintenance requests submitted to RFS. Maintains the integrity of the internal lease deck by auditing customer lease agreements, monitoring a series of Infolease reports and updates Infolease. Advises non-FSB users on internal lease policy and works together with Sales, Customer Administration and Accounting to initiate or resolve customer billing issues.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Reviews and audits Customer paperwork, lease agreements and associate documents Reviews and audits requests to modify lease billing to ensure paperwork supports these changes Modifies internal lease billing in Infolease in accordance with customer signed documents Reviews requests for customer credits to ensure proper approvals based on O-15 policy have been obtained Provides internal lease support on lease billing related questions Job Description Continued May have responsibility for working RFS exception reports Participates on conference calls as needed Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, and Certifications) Requires high school diploma and equivalent related experience 3-4 years of business process, leasing customer service related training experience required Ability to multi-task and handle projects simultaneously Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to listen attentively and express ideas clearly and concisely.
