Are you someone who enjoys working with your hands, building things, figuring out how stuff works, and seeing the results of your hard work?

Blue Siren is looking for a motivated, hands-on individual to join our manufacturing team!

We're a growing technology company right here in Melbourne, Florida, designing and manufacturing innovative electronic monitoring equipment used around the world.

This isn't your typical factory job. You'll work in a clean, comfortable, air-conditioned facility, helping build real technology from the ground up.

No factory experience? No problem! We're happy to train the right person with a positive attitude, good work ethic, and willingness to learn.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll get involved in a variety of hands-on manufacturing activities, including:

• Encapsulation & Potting: Learn how we protect sensitive electronics using specialized resins and materials.
• Mold Making: Help create, prepare, and maintain molds used to manufacture our products.
• Mechanical Assembly: Assemble components, housings, and precision parts into finished products.
• Tools & Equipment: Learn to use various hand tools, power tools, and specialized manufacturing equipment.
• Product Finishing: Trim, clean, inspect, and prepare finished components.
• Quality Control: Help ensure everything we manufacture meets our quality standards.
• Learn New Skills: Work alongside experienced team members and gain exposure to electronics, CNC machining, 3D printing, and modern manufacturing processes.
