Internal Recruiter | Full-Cycle Recruiting Location: Atlanta, Georgia (On-site) At Waste Removal USA, we’re growing—and we’re looking for an Internal Recruiter who can help us find the people who will help us continue that growth. This is a hands‑on recruiting role where you’ll own the recruiting process from identifying hiring needs to finding, screening, interviewing, and coordinating qualified candidates through the hiring process. You’ll work directly with Hiring Managers and company leadership to understand what we’re looking for, build candidate pipelines, and help us consistently put the right people in the right seats. We’re looking for someone who is organized, proactive, resourceful, and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced environment where priorities can change quickly. What You’ll Do You’ll be responsible for managing the full‑cycle recruiting process across a variety of positions throughout the company. Your responsibilities include: Partnering with Hiring Managers and leadership to understand current and future hiring needs Creating and posting compelling job descriptions and advertisements Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, databases, and other recruiting channels Reviewing resumes and applications and identifying qualified candidates Conducting phone screens and initial interviews Coordinating interviews between candidates, Hiring Managers, and leadership Maintaining consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified candidates Providing Hiring Managers with candidate feedback and recommendations Coordinating offers, background checks, references, and other pre‑employment requirements Supporting new-hire onboarding and orientation Maintaining accurate recruiting and hiring documentation Identifying opportunities to improve recruiting processes, efficiency, and candidate experience This is a hands‑on recruiting position. You’ll be expected to take ownership of your recruiting pipeline, stay organized, and continuously find better ways to attract and hire great people. What Success Looks Like Our top performers: Consistently keep qualified candidates moving through the recruiting process Build strong candidate pipelines before positions become urgent Develop productive relationships with Hiring Managers and candidates Communicate clearly and consistently throughout the hiring process Stay organized while managing multiple open positions Take ownership of open positions and drive them toward completion Adapt quickly as hiring priorities change Continuously improve recruiting strategies and processes What Makes You a Great Fit 2-5+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or related HR experience Experience recruiting across multiple departments and job types Strong sourcing skills and experience using job boards, social media, and professional networking platforms Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management Comfortable managing multiple open positions and competing priorities Proactive, self‑motivated, and able to work independently Strong judgment and problem‑solving skills Comfortable working directly with Hiring Managers and company leadership Coachable and committed to continuous improvement Comfortable in a fast‑paced, growing organization A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
