Overview Licensed Practical Nurse needed for a 5-week travel assignment in a long-term care setting in Clovis, New Mexico. Start date: June 25, 2026. Weekly pay range: $883 to $918 per week with 36 guaranteed hours. Shift is 3x12-hour nights (18:00–06:30). This is a local-only assignment in a long-term care / skilled nursing environment. Key Highlights Weekly pay range: $883 per week to $918 per week Guaranteed hours: 36 per week Contract duration: 5 weeks Shift: 3x12-hour nights (18:00–06:30) Start date: June 25, 2026 Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments within the LPN scope of practice per individualized care plans Monitor resident conditions, perform routine assessments, and document vital signs; report changes to the supervising RN Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) to promote safety, dignity, and comfort Document all care provided in the resident’s chart or electronic health record per facility policy; ensure timely updates Support wound care, basic IV therapy per scope and facility protocol, and infection control practices Maintain safety, cleanliness, and infection prevention standards; respond promptly to call bells during night shifts Requirements Current LPN license (active) and ability to practice per state requirements Ability to work a 3x12-hour night shift schedule Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or equivalent Proficiency with electronic health records and clinical documentation Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to work independently under supervision Benefits and Support Guaranteed hours: 36 per week 24/7 recruiter and travel support Fast credentialing and onboarding Local-only eligibility for this assignment Pay Disclaimer: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
