RN/LPN Pediatric Nurse - Essex County + $1K $1,000 Trach/Vent Bonus: Earn a $1,000 bonus when assigned to a trach and/or vent case. We provide paid training and clinical support. New graduate nurses are not eligible. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide 1:1 skilled nursing for our pediatric patients with complex medical conditions in the home, school or transport for day, evening, and overnight shifts. Typical diagnosis you will see are GT, Seizure disorder, Cardiac conditions, NGT, and Trach/Vent. Qualifications: Valid RN or LPN license in New Jersey Compassionate, dedicated, and committed to pediatric care Why Join Us? Location: We serve all of New Jersey! We will find a case near you. Flexible Scheduling: Full-time, Part-Time Day, Evening or Overnights (8-hour, 10-hour, 12-hour shifts). Rewarding Work: Enjoy meaningful, one-on-one patient care. Compensation: Pay Range: $33-$45 per hour (Base pay is determined by factors such as work location, experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. In addition to base pay, total compensation may include various other forms of pay). Benefits: (For employees working 30 hours or more on average per week. Which begin on your 60th day of employment following first of the month). 401(k) plan becomes available after 6 months of employment and 500 hours worked Paid Time Off Referral Bonus Programs Weekly Pay with Direct Deposit Responsibilities: Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable nursing standards, the written plan of care, and the physician's plan of treatment. Demonstrate sound clinical judgment. Deliver respectful and compassionate care to patients, families, and caregivers. Provide patient and caregiver education.
