Radiology Supervisor for CT and MRI -Full Time Days

Position Overview Work Location: Texas Health Dallas, 8200 Walnut Hill Ln, Dallas, TX 75231. Work Department: Radiology CT/MRI Scan. Work Hours: Full Time Days. Associate degree preferred. 3-year CT tech experience required and MRI experience preferred. Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred. GMRT – General Medical Radiologic Technologist with ARRT required upon hire. ARRT – American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (R) required upon hire. ARRT – American Registry of Radiologic Technologists CT, M, MR, N or S required upon hire. CNMT – Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist required upon hire. ARDMS – American Registry for Diagnostic and Medical Sonographers in three modalities required upon hire. BCLS – Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to independent patient care and maintained quarterly. Responsibilities Provide direct operational and clinical leadership for CT and MRI services. Daily workflow oversight, staff supervision, quality and safety compliance. Coordinate staff and patient schedules. Supervise CT and MRI technologists, team leads, and support staff; provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback. Conduct performance evaluations and support corrective action and recognition processes with management. Participate in incident reviews, safety investigations, and continuous quality improvement initiatives. Assist with budget awareness, overtime monitoring, and productivity management. Ensure accurate timekeeping, staff scheduling, and adherence to department policies.
