Overview We are looking for a highly organized and execution-focused Head of Program Management to lead cross‑functional initiatives and ensure the timely delivery of strategic programs. This role includes implementation and delivery with customers, and internal coordination across functions to deliver customer outcomes, software and technology capabilities, and organized planning and change management activities. This candidate will sit at the center of customer delivery, execution, and cutting‑edge technology development. Key Responsibilities Lead program management function across the organization and manage implementation and delivery for customers Drive execution of strategic initiatives and company priorities Establish program management frameworks and best practices Manage timelines, dependencies, and risks across delivery, both internally and for customers Coordinate cross‑functional teams (Engineering, Operations, Product, App Development) Track and report program progress to leadership and external customers Improve operational efficiency and execution discipline Ensure alignment across teams, stakeholders, and customers Requirements 7+ years of program/project management experience Strong experience managing complex, cross‑functional programs Excellent organizational and communication skills Proven ability to drive execution in fast‑paced environments Experience with program management tools and methodologies Experience in tech or product‑driven companies Additional Qualifications Considered PMP, Scrum, or Agile certifications Background working with engineering/product teams #J-18808-Ljbffr Wheel the World
