We are adding a grill cook/cashier to our team! Monday through Thursday. 10am-6:30pm. Essential Functions: * MUST HAVE COOKING EXPERIENCE. * DEPENDABLE & PUNCTUAL is a MUST! * Be self-motivated. Does not need to be micro-managed. * Team Player * Follows all cleanliness, organization, sanitation and food safety. * Must be able to follow directions and recipes. * Provide the highest quality of guest service at all times * Must have cashier and money handling experience * Execute recipes to the letter
* Follows and completes production sheets
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to meet deadlines in completion of daily workload
* Set up and tear down of workstation
* Polite and professional communication style
* Understands and utilizes FIFO
* Cleans and sanitizes work areas, equipment, and utensils
* Properly operates a meat slicer and executes proper knife handling

* Strong customer service skills

* Able to follow oral and written directions
* Be able to lift 30 Lbs.

* Must pass a criminal background check EOE/AA
