- Rockford Center, as Delaware's first private behavioral health hospital, has been providing behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment to individuals and families in Delaware and the surrounding region since 1974. Our 138-bed facility offers easy access to a wide range of inpatient behavioral health care and day treatment programs for children, teens, adults and seniors, in addition to a substance use disorder intensive outpatient program for adults.
