Description As a Houseman, you play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of the hotel. This position supports the housekeeping and maintenance teams by ensuring all public areas, guest spaces, and back-of-house areas meet high cleanliness standards. You will interact with guests and provide a welcoming atmosphere in alignment with our property's vision, mission, and values. Responsibilities • Ensure floors are well-maintained, including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning.
• Greet guests warmly and assist with any reasonable requests.
• Support housekeeping and maintenance teams with tasks as needed.
• Assist with floor care, including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning.
• Maintain the cleanliness of public areas, hallways, and back-of-house spaces. Qualifications • Houseperson/Housekeeping experience is preferred.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
• Comfortable working in varying conditions, including exposure to outdoor weather and cleaning chemicals.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Friendly and service-oriented attitude.
• No prior experience or training required; on-the-job training provided.
