Distribution Marketing Strategist

A company is looking for a Distribution Marketing Strategist to develop and execute marketing strategies that support sales enablement and agent engagement. Key Responsibilities Develop comprehensive marketing strategies that support sales objectives across various distribution channels Collaborate with sales leadership to plan and execute marketing campaigns that enhance brand affinity and agent productivity Define and track metrics to assess the effectiveness of distribution marketing campaigns Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field 10+ years of experience in strategic marketing and campaign development Experience in executing sales enablement strategies in a B2B or distribution-driven environment Strong understanding of marketing's role in supporting sales performance and agent engagement Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools and ethical AI principles
