A well-established landscape company in Santa Rosa Beach is hiring dependable individuals who enjoy working outdoors and want to be part of a professional team. This is a full-time position offering 40+ hours per week, consistent work, and the opportunity to learn valuable skills while earning a reliable paycheck.

No landscaping experience is required.

What is required is a strong work ethic, a clean driving record, and the ability to safely operate a company vehicle and haul a trailer.

Pay:
• $20 per hour
• Weekly Pay
• 40+ Hours Per Week

What You'll Do:
• Drive company trucks to and from job sites
• Safely pull and maneuver landscaping trailers
• Assist with landscape installation and maintenance projects
• Load and unload equipment and materials
• Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently
• Represent the company professionally at customer locations

Requirements:
• Valid Driver's License
• Clean Driving Record
• Experience towing or hauling a trailer behind a truck
• Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather conditions
• Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment and materials
• Dependable transportation to work
• Ability to work weekends during peak season when needed

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience operating landscaping equipment
• Previous outdoor labor, construction, grounds maintenance, or similar experience
• Experience working around military installations or government facilities

Additional Requirements :
Some projects may require access to military installations. Qualified candidates must be able to successfully meet requirements for military base access and security clearance eligibility.
