Join Our Team as a 2nd Shift General Laborer
We're seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our 2nd shift team as a General Laborer. As a key member of our production team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing process. Your responsibilities will include operating a dish washing machine, counting and packing parts, and adhering to strict safety protocols. If you're a team player with a strong work ethic, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
- Basic math skills for counting and packing parts
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to wear safety glasses and ear plugs provided by the company
- Comfortable wearing leather shoes (steel toe not required)
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience with automated machinery or assembly lines
- Basic knowledge of quality control procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Preferred Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Other Requirements
- Must be able to work 2nd shift hours (2:15pm-12:35am) with occasional overtime
- Smoking allowed outside of building during designated break times
- 1/2 hour unpaid lunch break and 1 10-minute break per shift
- Employee responsible for bringing own lunch or leaving to purchase lunch
