The chosen educator will work alongside and in partnership with a content general educator. The co-teachers will create an equitable, inclusive environment that supports students' mental health while presenting them with challenging, rigorous content with a focus on growth. • Collaborate with Director of Pupil Services and Special Education Coordinator as well as school administration regularly
• Ability to facilitate meetings and develop IEP's through a team process
• Works well with community members, parents, and students
• Excellent written and verbal abilities
• Must hold a valid Massachusetts teaching license
• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university
• Hold a valid Massachusetts SEI Endorsement
