– Strong phlebotomy skills, with experience drawing from pediatric and geriatric patients.

– Ability to provide high-quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment.

– Customer service skills gained in retail or service settings.

– Proficiency in keyboard and data entry tasks.

– Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

– High school diploma or equivalent required; medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.

– Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in California, Nevada, and Washington.

– Minimum of 6 months of phlebotomy experience required; over one year preferred.

– Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, overtime, and on-call shifts based on staffing needs.
