We’re Soine Dermatology & Aesthetics — a respected and thriving dermatology and aesthetic clinic proudly serving MS. We specialize in medical dermatology, cosmetic services, and advanced laser treatments. We’re currently looking for a experienced, professional, compassionate, and detail-oriented Medical Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our practice.

What You’ll Do

• Greet and assist patients warmly in person and over the phone
• Schedule appointments to optimize provider time and patient satisfaction
• Manage and update patient records and financial accounts
• Keep the front desk organized and running efficiently
• Provide information about products and cosmetic treatments to patients
• Insurance verification
• Ensure accurate collection and posting of charges & payments
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive medical and financial information
• Support the team and contribute to a smooth office flow

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of customer service experience preferred (medical front desk experience a plus!)
• Availability Monday through Friday between 7:45 AM and 5:00 PM
• Strong multitasking skills in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Professional communication skills—both verbal and written
• Friendly, team-oriented, and patient-centered attitude
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Epic software experience is a bonus
• Bilingual (Spanish) candidates strongly encouraged to apply
