Job Summary

The Production Test Operations Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of semiconductor final test operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of production activities. This role manages production personnel, test equipment utilization, manufacturing metrics, and supply chain coordination to support customer demand and business growth.

 

It is not necessary to meet all job requirements to be a qualified candidate for the position. 

 

Responsibilities:

• Lead daily production test operations across internal test sites.
• Manage a team of production test operators and test technicians.
• Drive production output, cycle time, OTD, and cost objectives.
• Monitor test yields and implement corrective actions for performance gaps.
• Coordinate with Product Engineering, Test Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing teams.
• Establish KPIs for throughput, yield, utilization, quality, and labor efficiency.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce cost.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education: High School Diploma or GED; Associate Degree is a plus

E xperience: 5+ years in automated electronics or semiconductor back-end manufacturing.

S oftware/Systems: Working knowledge of MES software, inventory tracking (ERP/SAP), and basic MS Excel for production logs.

Equipment Knowledge: Pick-and-place handlers, tape-and-reel sealers, label printers, vacuum sealers.

Compensation Range:

At SiTime, we believe great work deserves great rewards. We offer a comprehensive and highly competitive compensation package designed to attract top talent. 

The annual base salary range for this role is $27.98 per hour – $36.92 per hour. The final offer is determined by factors such as location, experience, education, and training.

In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a quarterly bonus tied to the achievement of innovation goals—reflecting our commitment to recognizing meaningful impact. We also offer equity grants, providing a meaningful opportunity to share in the company’s future growth and success.
