What You’ll Be Doing As our Home Health Care RN Clinical Manager , you’ll be the heartbeat of our clinical operations. Your days will be filled with purpose as you: Provide clinical oversight for Home Health nursing staff Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards Review and approve OASIS assessments, care plans, and documentation Support field clinicians with education, coaching, and problem‑solving Participate in case conferences and interdisciplinary team meetings Monitor quality metrics and assist with performance improvement initiatives Triage clinical concerns and collaborate with physicians and referral partners Ensure timely, accurate, and complete documentation Support onboarding and ongoing training for clinical staff Promote a positive, supportive, patient‑centered culture This RN role blends leadership, clinical expertise, and relationship‑building — perfect for someone who loves both people and process.
